Olivier started in commercial roles in 2018 and has been building GTM systems ever since. First as an operator inside B2B companies, then as the founder of his own consulting practice and SaaS product, then as the founder of Outbound Catalyst in 2023. He built systems to eliminate his own bottlenecks: signal infrastructure, enrichment workflows, CRM architecture, pipeline operations. He learned that most GTM fails not because the strategy is wrong, but because the underlying infrastructure was never built.
